Well, that was quite a leap. It went bye-bye due to some hosting and domain issues.
Why BananaGrabbers.com?
"Banana Grabbers" is the team name my friends and I play Quizo under. The name is a reference to Mr. Banana Grabber on Arrested Development. Since "Promohthree" is the name for my group of friends from Northeast Philadelphia, I thought BananaGrabbers.com was a nice nod to the old site. Also, it wasn't a registered domain name yet. Plus, it's catchier than other group names I could have used, like "The All-American Sluts"* and "Fellows Al-Stars"**. Finally, I just love Arrested Development.
Do you have any other web sites?
Why, yes, I do! How nice of you to ask? I started a photoblog called Test Specimens. While my Flickr page hosts everything I shoot, Test Specimens is a space for me to showcase my favorite shots. It's also an easy way to prod myself into doing more post-production work on my shots.
* Yes, I know this is actually quite catchy. But people would probably think "porn" before "John's blog" when they see the web address.
